The Hanoi Hash House Harriers is a family run where old and young, quick and slow can do some exercise and sightseeing and have fun on a Saturday afternoon.

What
The runs are set with dots of flour and are generally just over an hour. A beer stop and hash-holds are normally part of the run.

Where
Most runs are set within an hour drive from Hanoi. It is a great opportunity to see something of the country side and daily life in small Vietnamese villages.

Run starts at 15:30. The bus leaves from the American club at 14:00.
